예수 그리스도께서 걸으셨던 길을 가장 생생하게 드러냈다고 생각하는 곡,

 

Down the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem that day,
the soldiers tried to clear the narrow street....
But the crowd pressed in to see
the man condemned to die on Calvary.

There was bleeding from a beating, there were stripes upon his back.
And he wore a crown of thorns upon his head.
But he bore with every step
the scorn of those who cried out for his death.

Down the Via Dolorosa called 'the way of suffering',
like a lamb came the Messiah, Christ the King.
But he chose to walk that road out of his love for you and me.
Down the Via Dolorosa, all the way to Calvary.

Por la Via Dolorosa, triste dia en Jerusalem,
los soldados le abrian paso a Jesus.
Mas la gente se acercaba,
para ver al que llevaba aquella cruz.

Por la Via Dolorosa, que es la via del dolor
como oveja vino Cristo, Rey y Senor,
Y fue El quien quiso ir por su amor por ti y por mi.
Por la Via Dolorosa al Calvario y a morir.

The blood that would cleanse the souls of all men,
made it's way to the heart of Jerusalem.

Down the Via Dolorosa called 'the way of suffering',

세상의 그 어느 누구도 당신께서 걸으셨던 길을 이해하지 못하고 알아주지 않았을 때,

주님, 얼마나 마음이 아프셨습니까..?

이제는 주님께서 걸으셨던 길의 의미를 알았으니,
십자가 위에서 보이신 사랑을 아는 자답게 살겠습니다.

그리고 저 또한 그 길을 걸을 수 있도록 도와주세요.
